Description

“Dr. Jackson is to be commended for his in-depth work on grace for the believer. Grace in salvation or regeneration is followed by grace in sanctification in which he integrates the exchanged life as the entry point. Brokenness and suffering are shown to be vital ingredients of spiritual maturation. He has provided an excellent resource for a full orbed walk in the Spirit for personal appropriation or use in discipleship ministry.”

Charles R. Solomon, Ed. D.,

President and Founder of Grace Fellowship International

and author of Handbook to Happiness.(Tyndale)

Dr. Jay Jackson trusted Christ as Savior in 1971. In 1972 he began working with Wales Goebel, an evangelist who had a burden to reach young people with the gospel and disciple them. Over the years the Wales Goebel Ministry has started and sponsored many other ministries. Jay’s ministry transitioned from just youth to adults in the early 1980s. He began a Biblical counseling ministry, which includes teaching, training and discipleship. Jay currently serves as the Executive Director of this organization, which is called now Grace Solutions International. He graduated from Southeastern Bible College in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Christian Education. In 2001 Jay received a MASTERS OF Arts Degree in Christian Counseling from Luther Rice Seminary. He received a Doctorate in 2008 from Masters International School of Divinity in Biblical Studies. Jay married his best friend, Cindy, in 1981. They have three adult children and five grandchildren. Jay has also served as pastor of McCalla Bible Church since 2004.
